Two rooms available in a big East London House

Hello!

We've recently had two of our housemates leave for various reasons and we're looking to replace them asap!

The house is big, a communal living area and large communal kitchen with two fridges, a gas stove/oven, microwave and plenty of counter space. Each tenant gets two cupboards to themselves. There are two bathrooms in the property, one on the ground floor with a shower, and one on the first floor with a bath/shower. We also have a large outdoor courtyard area which is great for socialising in summer! There is one parking space on the driveway.

The single room is on the ground floor with lots of natural light, it comes with a single bed, clothes rail, small desk and some shelves.

The double room is also on the first floor, also very light. It comes with a double bed, small chest of drawers, clothes rail and a bedside table.

We're looking for social, clean housemates who are happy to chat and hang out, but also who like to have their own space. The area is nice and residential, there is an off licence less than 5 minutes walk away, a tesco 10 minutes, a gym and Stratford Westfield 20 minutes walk away. We are close to some parks also, it's a lovely area!

We are council tax Band D, bills come to roughly around £100 a month on top of rent. Each tenant takes control of one of the bills to keep the responsibility fair between us all.
