Move-in date would be 20th December 2025 but can also do 20th January 2026, it's walking distance from Stratford and Maryland Elizabeth lines :) -£900pcm plus bills. Hi everyone, I'm Karl, a singer-songwriter/ musician looking for a flatmate replacement to share this 2-bedroom flat in Stratford from December 20th 2025. The flat has a lovely split-level layout, which allows for great sound separation. You'll be sharing common areas with one other person only (me!) The flat has everything you need from washing machine to bathtub.
If you're looking to join a very chill and relaxed household, here's your chance! Anyone who is okay with hearing music in the house within reasonable hours are welcome, particularly musicians themselves :), I myself would mainly be singing. As long you're sensible and respectful, I'm very easy-going and have a high tolerance of most things.
The rent is £900pcm plus bills and the contract will be until June 20th 2026 for now but the landlords are happy to negotiate for a longer term too.
