Large en-suite room available (£1150 PCM) in a 2-bed flat with a balcony in the very heart of Stratford (E15), 30 seconds away from Stratford Centre Mall and only 5 mins from Westfield shopping centre and Stratford station with Elizabeth Line, Central line, Jubilee line, National rail, DLR and overground.

Honestly this was the easiest area I’ve ever lived in for commuting. Stratford station is so equipped that you can get everywhere in London easily!

I need to leave my current room in this amazing flat. If you take over, you would have your own bathroom and share living room and kitchen with my current lovely flatmate. She has already lived in the flat for 4 years. She and I are very tidy and clean, also respectful of each other’s need for common spaces.
I am looking for someone who’s respectful and prefers to live a quite life.

The building also has concierge so you don’t need to worry about parcel delivery.

Bills are not included (council tax, internet, electricity) but water bill is included, we will spilt the cost of all items mentioned. Overall above items would be £135-170 monthly depends on the seasons.
