Huge double room (furnished) available 8 Jan (potential for flexibility). Has balcony that gets the sunset which is lovely. 5th floor.

Plenty of space for a desk and other small furniture.

Rug and curtains are mine but happy to discuss leaving them.

1 large bathroom, with separate bath and a large open plan kitchen/ living space. Flat is approx 80m2.

Looking for someone to take my room as my situation has changed dramatically and the rent is now too much for me.

Stratford station is an 8 min walk, Stratford High St DLR is 4 mins and there are buses going into the city from the main road. SO well connected! Lizzie, central, jubilee, overground (Mildmay) and DLR.

Also 10 min walk to Westfield, with a Lidl and Sainsbury’s the same distance.

Deposit is 1250, rent is 1250pm. Bills are about 150 pm (council tax, water, internet, energy). Parking available from the building for a fee.

Contract runs til 8 July, when you can renew (or let the landlord know in May you will leave, as per contract) but Jess will be moving on. We rent directly from the landlord and his company, no agency. Change of sharer needed, fee is around £75 which I will split but need to double check this.

Roommate is 30yo female, Jess, who works in the office 3-4 times pw as an archivist. Ideally looking for someone 30+, who is friendly and will contribute to a clean, calming home.

You will need to be available for a viewing - 15th Dec - be able to meet the affordability criteria and have references.
