My flatmate and I are looking for a third gal to move in with us on Sugar House Island E15 on Friday, January 9 2026!

Rent £3100 split proportionally by room size, you'll pay ~£880 for 3.9x2.4m room. Bills approx. £100-£120 per person per month (on the higher end in the winter).

Closest public transport is the DLR from Pudding Mill Lane which is less than 10 minutes, Bromley-by-Bow for Hammersmith/District is 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you jet. There are also many buses around which can take you to Hackney, Greenwich, and the City of London. It's about a 20 minute walk to Stratford which has GymBox, the Aquatics Centre, and Westfield Mall.

We currently live across the street from this flat, which features not one but TWO balconies. Two!! One balcony is enormous, east-facing, and overlooks a canal by Three Mills Green, the other is off the kitchen facing west. Storage in the flat is very generous due to high ceilings, built-in closets in each room, corridor closets, AND secure extra storage lockers in the basement garage. The island is pretty chill and quiet with mostly working professionals. There's a nice market a 5 minute walk away, same distance for the concierge where parcels are taken and stored securely.

Hania and I are both lawyers in juicy areas – she's a high-net worth individual trainee solicitor in her second year of training and I am a counter-fraud litigator. We have a robot vacuum, a kitchen aid stand mixer, lots of books, a vinyl player, TV and Xbox, and board games. I have a cat, Sven, who is a cool dude and will be mates with you or coexist peacefully. He truly has no preference.
