We’ve got one room available in our modern 3-storey mews house on Sugar House Island (a canalside, community-focused pocket of Stratford). It’s a friendly, easy-going home with a big open-plan kitchen/living/dining space and great light throughout.

The house & area
Botanical Mews homes are designed as spacious multi-storey mews houses with private outdoor space — ideal for sharers who want house vibes rather than a flat.
Sugar House Island also has genuinely handy on-site bits like a convenience store, dry cleaners, bike shop/repair and fitness facilities (plus regular community feel).
And you’ve got Jim & Tonic / The Print House right there for food, drinks and a proper local
Transport & location
You’re extremely well connected from here — the development highlights multiple nearby stations/lines, bus routes and dedicated cycle routes, making getting into central London (and across east) straightforward.
About us
Currently it’s two guys (25 and 28) living here — both young professionals, outgoing, friendly and respectful of people’s space. We’re genuinely open to anyone (any gender/background) as long as you’re sound, tidy-ish, and up for a friendly home rather than a silent corridor situation.
