Huge Double Room in Stratford!

Hello everyone!

We’re a friendly household in Stratford looking for a new flatmate to join our home, as one of our housemates is moving out at the end of the contract. If you’re looking for a cozy space, lovely people, and a welcoming atmosphere, this might be the perfect place for you!

The room available is a comfortable, fully furnished double. Fits a desk, for anyone working from home. The room is upstairs, and you’d be sharing a bathroom with two of us, we also have a bathroom downstairs.

We’re based in Stratford (E15), about a 15–20 minute walk to Stratford Station and under 10 minutes to Maryland. You’ll have plenty of shops nearby—there’s a big Morrisons a few minutes away, plus Tesco and Sainsbury’s just a 2-minute walk from the flat.

Rent is £860 per month (bills not included). Current approximate monthly bills per person:
• £144 council tax. (£36 each)
• £58 water. (£14.50 each)
• £36 wifi. (£9 each)
• £120 - £320 electric. (£30- £80 each)

There’s also street parking available with a permit (£40 for 3 months). The deposit would be paid directly to our flatmate who is moving out.
Household essentials (cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.) come to around £5 each per month—we keep it cheap and cheerful with Lidl!

We’re ideally looking for someone in their 20s who is a working professional (required for council tax). We’re a social but respectful bunch—we love hanging out together but also value each other’s space. We want this to feel like your home too, so friends, partners, and good vibes are more than welcome.

Bismark, 27 - work part-time as a photography shooting assistant; enjoy skateboarding, visiting galleries, hiking, and modern art.
Jemima, 27 – also in consulting; love movies and discovering new London restaurants.
Ryaan, 21 – pharmacy technician; enjoy a night out and all things art.
