The house has a good kitchen, which opens out into a nice big garden which is well looked after by the housemates.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, and there is an additional toilet downstairs.

There is a small living room in the house as well.

There is also a small garage for storage and there is also permit parking just outside the house.

Rent is £667 per month with bills on top which are usually £100-£150 depending on the time of year.

We are two professionals with a welcoming house looking for a tenant to join us. We are looking for someone friendly who will also make the house their home. We would like someone who also works full time and is respectful. We are really lucky to have a great kitchen and garden perfect for BBQs.
