Cozy Stratford/West Ham room with garden view

We’re looking for someone to replace our lovely departing flatmate in a single room in West Ham.

We’ve all become friends over the course of living together so we’d ideally like to find someone on a similar wavelength and down to occasionally do stuff — it’s definitely more of a home than a bedsit vibe.

We work in music, graphic design and publishing, respectively, and love a techno event (Fold is right next door) but also like quiet time most of the time — i. e. we’re rarely throwing parties. Everyone keeps tidy and is also very communicative, which we very much cherish and would love to preserve haha. We like house meals from time to time, as well as going out to see films, exhibitions etc.

The house is really well connected by public transport:
- 10 min walk from West Ham (Jubilee, DLR, District/H+C)
- 10 min walk from Plaistow (District/H+C)
- 20 min walk/5 min cycle from Stratford (Central, Elizabeth, Overground, Jubilee, DLR)

We also have a garden (currently a bit overgrown, but very nice in spring and summer!). Also two bathrooms and a TV in the living room.

As the housemate you’re replacing needs to move out very soon, we’re ideally looking for someone ready to move asap (in any case no later than Feb 10th).
