I’m moving abroad and looking for someone to take over my lease in a lovely two-bedroom apartment in Stratford for the remaining 6 months. It is a double bedroom with a shared bathroom.

The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Stratford station, which is extremely well connected, and very close to Westfield shopping centre with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby.

The building has fantastic facilities including a 24-hour concierge, coworking space, games room, a gorgeous mezzanine area, and it’s pet-friendly. There is also a stunning view of the London skyline.

You’d be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, who works as a legal assistant. She’s often in the office and is very chilled, tidy, and respectful.

Monthly bills come to around £150 per person.
