Large double room in Stratford

Hi there, I'm moving out of my cozy home in Stratford. I've been offered a job outside of London but it's hard to part ways!

About the room: It's a large double bedroom with king size bed. There's plently of storage space including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, built in cupboard and under bed storage. There’s also a large window so you get plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The flat is sanwiched between two other flats so it's nice and warm during winter.

About the flat: It's a three bedroom maisonette close to Maryland (2 min walk) and Stratford (10 min walk) Stations. The living room is very large and there's a balcony attached. We have a small garden you can tend to!

About roomates: Kayla enjoys pottery and Ashley enjoys boxing and playing the electric guitar. They both enjoy quiet time and up for a chat in common spaces. We sometimes go out for dinner together but there is no pressure to join!

About you: Ashley and Kayla are looking for someone chill who respects our home. We like to clean as we go and leave the place tidy for the next person. If you enjoy going to the movies thats a bonus!

Bills are about 120/month but varies season to season.

You have Sainsbury's, Morrisons, M&S, Lidl and Tescos nearby and the big Westfield with lots of shops and entertainment.

Victoria park is less than a 15min cycle and same for Broadway Market.
