Double room with en suite in maisonette

Looking for a new flatmate at my place in Stratford (E15). My current flatmates who are moving out have bought somewhere, so the room should be available mid-March (exact date TBC, likely w/c 16th March). Some details:

• Approx. £1150 in total a month incl. bills (rent is £975)
• Double bedroom with en-suite (shower + toilet)
• 2-floor maisonette with kitchen + living room (so it feels more like a house), not on ground floor
• Shared courtyard with neighbours opposite
• 5 mins to Stratford Station & Stratford High Street DLR
• 15 mins to Stratford International
• Right next to Stratford town centre + Westfield
• Nice landlord + independent estate agents
• Would accept a couple if they are okay to split the overall rent + bills between the 3 of us (which would work out as £780 total each, incl. bills)

I work in nightlife & events as a marketing manager, 9-5 hybrid so work from home 3 days a week. Regularly attend gigs and club nights. I’m also a vinyl DJ with a small home setup in my bedroom, playing in London usually once a week. Sociable but also happy doing my own thing too.
