Description
My flatmate's course has finished and she's going back home, so I'm looking for a flatmate to replace her.
I’m looking for a Working Professional to take over a Room in a well-maintained Flat in Stratford.
The Flat is Quiet, Secure, and suits someone who values a Clean, Calm, and predictable Living Environment; and reliable on Rent/Bills.
I vacuum and clean regularly, and the Kitchen cleaned after each use.
I'm a 26YO Female, with a normal schedule for work. However, just a note that I sleep quite late, so I'll cook and shower at night around 11pm. The flat has decent soundproofing in the room, and I've not had any issues with my flatmate on sound/late nights thankfully!

Okay so the place is by Stratford High Street at Burford Wharf Apartments.
It's available from 6th March and current contract ends 5th September. However, if we vibe and things work out, I'm looking to renew in September for another 12 months at least, so that's just FYI so you don't need to stress moving in half a year again.
Yes Stratford is busy and can be loud, but imo haven't felt unsafe walking home from Stratford Station or Stratford High Street Station over the past half year, even late at night at 11-1am ish.
Rent is currently £2200, so £1100 per person paid on 5th of each month.
Bills is only Electricity around £80 ish pp monthly (which is used for the flat and heating the water) and Internet Bills at £23 so £11.5 pp.
There's no separate Water Charge like with most Apartments.
Council Tax is currently £115.5 pp monthly, so overall costs you're looking at approx. £1300 overall for everything.
The Bedroom is quite a good size, like a Double/Queen Bed and Wardrobes, plus room for a Desk? I work from home and in my room anyways.
And we have a giant ass living room/kitchen and one decent size bathroom, so honestly, anything that doesn't fit in your room can go in the living room, that's what we're doing atm.
