Hi all!

As three of my current housemates have left for pastures new, we have 3 rooms for rent in a spacious four-bed Terrace house. The location is just 2 minutes from Maryland station on the Elizabeth line, and about a 10 minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre/station (Jubilee line, Central line, Overground) and surrounding parks/amenities.

Prices range from £855, £985 and £1060 for double-bed rooms of various sized 8m², 12m² and the huge 16m² master bedroom. Bills are about £100-£120ish depending on the season, including 1Gbps broadband and a bi-weekly cleaning service.

Rooms are furnished with desks, wardrobes, chairs, etc. The kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, washer-drier. Total of 3 toilets and 2 baths across the two floors of the property so no fighting for rooms :) The property is overall in solid condition and the landlord is professional and responsive.

The house is located about 3 minutes away from the Stratford Morrisons for uber-convenient grocery shopping. Sound insulation is good - no big noise from the train or road.

Currently remaining tenant is just me (Vic), a system engineer working in the education sector. I like football, games, and outdoors. I'm pretty sociable but equally also happy doing my own thing.
