Join my flatmate (Nikolina) in a modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 14th floor! Perfectly located with a 6-10 minute walk to the Westfield, and Stratford Underground & International Stations. Olympic Park is only 2 minutes walk away. In terms of shopping big Sainsburys, M&S, Waitrose & Lidl all within 7-11 minutes walk away.

I am heading off on holiday for ~2 months from 15 March and am looking for someone to sublet my room for all or part of that period. Whilst there will be some space for items, if you have lots of stuff then it might be hard to fully unpack multiple suitcases. However there is some hanging space, the chest of drawers and/or some space in the wardrobe.

The room for rent is the master bedroom, featuring large floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking out over South London, capturing the sunrise and fantastic light during the day. The ensuite is well-appointed with a shower. The room features a large super-king bed, a large desk with a 34-inch USB-C curved monitor, an empty chest of drawers, and a mirrored wardrobe with limited hanging space as mentioned above. The bedroom has no shared walls other than the reception room to give you privacy. (Listed as Bedroom 1 in the floor plan). The room also has a lock that can be locked from the outside or inside, giving you additional privacy.

You will be sharing the home with a 34 year-old gal who works 1 day in the office and the rest at home. She is a great housemate and I have lived with her for over a year. She enjoys keeping up with the latest shows and movies, spending her weekends exploring London, rollerblading, travelling, or heading to a restaurant on her "want to try" or her favourites list.

Looking for someone that also works some time in an office or studying outside of the home, enjoys being social but is mindful of others' space.

Available to move in from 15 March. Room is offered furnished only and there is flexibility in the move in and move out dates. If you have furniture to bring that is large, then unfortunately this place might not be the best fit. Happy to work with what is best for you.
