1-bed flat with terrace, next to Elizabeth Line

Hi!

I'll be traveling for a few months and looking to sublet my flat while I'm away. I'm flexible on dates but roughly mid-april to July, feel free to reach out with your preferred dates. Open to shorter and longer periods.

About the flat:

- Top floor, 1-bedroom flat with spacious terrace area

- Right next to the Elizabeth Line (literally 20 secs walk to Maryland station, which takes you to central london in a few minutes). Or 15 mins walk to stratford station

- South and west facing, so you get loads of natural light all day & can sunbathe on terrace:))

- Spacious living room with very large tv, and big bedroom with super comfy king-size bed.

- Very quiet all day and night, and no issues whatsoever with the flat

- Lift in the building (flat is on 4th floor)

- fully furnished

Ideally I'd like to cover my costs so monthly it's £1520 rent + £160 to cover gas, water, council tax, wifi.
