We’re two guys (Irish & Scottish), 29 and 36, working in finance and tech. We get on well but mostly do our own thing - it’s a relaxed, tidy and respectful apartment rather than a big social flat (we save that for the pub).

There’s also a friendly community in the complex, with food vendors in the courtyard a few evenings a week - handy when you don’t feel like cooking.

• <10 mins to the Olympic Park
• Plenty of supermarkets nearby
• Stratford station just over 5 mins away
Great transport links and everything you need close by.

• Rent: ~£1,000 per month (final amount TBC, pending building management review)
• Bills: approx. £80–£90 per month (council tax, internet, water, electricity & heating)
• Deposit: one month’s rent
• Move-in date: 1st May
• Minimum stay: 12 months
Worth noting: the building management typically applies an annual rent increase of ~7.5%.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, friendly and considerate.
We like to keep the place clean and tidy, so it suits someone who’s naturally on the same page with that. It’s generally a pretty calm flat, so probably best suited to someone with a similar lifestyle (working professional, hybrid/office-based, etc.).
It’s a non-smoking flat.
