My housemate and I are moving out of our lovely 3-bed flat in Stratford (East london) so we’re looking for two people to take over our double rooms.

I’m moving out on 1 June 2026 due to relocation. My flatmate is a bit more flexible (July/aug move out date).

Both rooms come with double bed, wardrobe, desk, and loads of natural light. Perfect for WFH or just chilling.

The Flat:
– Open-plan kitchen/living room
– Bath + shower
– Quiet street but super central
– Concierge for deliveries + parking (additional cost)

– Rent: £795 + ~£130 bills (from June)
£810 + ~ £130 bills (from Jul/Aug)

Location
– 10 min to Stratford Station + Centre
– 5 min to Stratford High Street DLR
– 15 min walk to Westfield
– Peaceful, tucked away from the main road

We’d love to welcome a clean, respectful, fun-loving person to keep the good vibes going! Referencing will be required by the agency (takes approx. 1 month) and you’ll need to have a permanent contract with an income of £30k+.

You’d be living with:
– Ruth (till July/Aug): Actor + techie, WFH
- Veronika: Works in events and fashion student
