This double bedroom is located in a furnished 1st floor flat, 5-10 min walking distance from Stratford station. The bedroom is furnished and overlooks the inner courtyard.

The flat is shared with one flatmate (me, 26-year-old female PhD candidate at UCL) and features a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a study/office room perfect for working/studying, as well as a small patio shared with a neighbouring business. The flat is very well-loved, quiet, cozy, and clean.

The move-in date is flexible, but should be in late June.

I have a slight preference for a female flatmate, someone in her 20s-30s working full-time or a graduate student would be ideal.
