We have a room available in West Ham (Zone 2/3), just a 2-minute walk from West ham station- super convenient for commuting (Jubilee, District, Hammersmith & city, DLR and overground lines).

Perfect for young professionals, central London is just a 25min tube ride away. Stratford is a 10min bus/5min tube/30min walk where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, a gym, and Westfield mall. We also have a small nisa local around the corner.

The flat has 3-bedrooms and a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The flat comes fully furnished, including a washing machine.

The rent is £550 per month, with bills around £120. The room is available to move in on 25 May 2026.

You’ll be sharing with two female housemates (both 30), one working remotely in a translation company and the other working hybrid in marketing.

We’re a friendly, respectful household and enjoy a calm, clean, and quiet home environment - this is not a party house.

The room is on the smaller side, so it would be best suited to someone who works outside the home.

We’re looking for a female tenant, ideally around our age, who is planning to stay long-term and is nice, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with 😊
