One double room with its own bathroom is available in Stratford! The room comes fully furnished. Bills (electricity, heating, wi-fi, council tax (Band D)) are an additional 170 pounds a month. A gym is also available to all apartment building residents.

Deposit is five weeks' rent.

You'll be sharing the kitchen and living room with me! I am an American who has lived in London now for four years, and I work as a secondary school drama teacher. I love decorating the flat and really value keeping it cute and cosy. My job keeps me busy and I have many additional hobbies, so I am not home often, but I would love the company of a kind flatmate when I am!

The flat is an 8-12 minute walk from Stratford station, depending on your route; ample bus links are also nearby. Waitrose, M&S, and Sainsbury’s are all within walking distance. The Olympic Park is mere minutes away, and you can get to Victoria Park by a twenty-minute stroll (less if you cycle!).
