Spacious new build ensuite in Stratford

We’re looking for a new flatmate to replace our lovely friends who went back to Taiwan.
The room is big with a lot of storage and closet space, including in the en-suite bathroom. The living room/kitchen is also very big and the building is very modern with a lovely ground floor garden and even a private first floor garden only accessible to residents.
The council tax is usually £100 per month.
We’re Maria and Elio, a couple of working professionals living in one of the room. The other room is occupied by Chloe, a student on her last year of uni. 2 of us are from Taiwan so Mandarin speakers are especially welcome!
All 3 of us like our quiet time and are looking for someone who can fit in with our chill lifestyle.
