Ensuite room available in Eleanor Rosa House, Stratford, from 4 July to 29 August 2026. The room is available from 4 July to 29 August 2026. Earlier or later move-in dates can be discussed, but the tenancy ends on 29 August 2026.

The room is a Standard Single Plus ensuite, around 16 sqm, fully furnished with bed, desk, chair and storage. It has a private bathroom and access to a shared kitchen in a 6-bed flat.

Rent is £210 per week, bills included. Deposit and replacement process will be arranged through UoL Accommodation. Students only - the replacement tenant needs to be eligible to register through the official UoL accommodation process.

Location is very convenient:
- 8 minutes’ walk to Stratford station
- Around 10 minutes to UCL East
- Close to Westfield Stratford, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Lidl and Boots
- Around 30 minutes by tube to central London, UCL main campus, KCL and LSE

Building facilities include 24h reception, study room, laundry room, gym/yoga room and common areas.
