Friendly professional female wanted for Stratford

Hi!

I'm looking for a friendly, professional female to take over a room in a modern two bed flat in Stratford, E15.

A little about me: I'm a Lecturer in Fashion Sportswear at London College of Fashion and also run my own fashion business. My work keeps me fairly busy, so during the week I'm often teaching, working on projects, travelling for work or spending time in the studio.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going, respectful and independent. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys a chat and the occasional coffee or glass of wine, but equally values their own space and wants somewhere calm to relax after work.

Outside of work I'm fairly active and spend a lot of time at the gym, which is only a five minute walk from the flat. The flat itself is generally clean, relaxed and peaceful rather than a party house. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate of shared spaces and treats the flat like a home.

The room would suit a professional working in London who is looking for a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideal for someone working in a creative, professional or similar field, although all backgrounds are welcome.

The flat is within walking distance of Stratford Station and Pudding Mill Lane, with excellent transport links across London. Westfield, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and several gyms are all nearby.

Bills are not included and are typically around £150 to £190 per month, covering council tax, water, electricity and WiFi. The building is gas free.
