Lovely double room in a modern flat

Hello!

We’re looking for someone to take over a double room in our lovely 3-bed flat at the heart of Stratford. Think easy commuting, loads of green spaces around, and buzzing Westfield at the doorstep!

We’re lucky to be the first tenants in this modern new build, with a sun-lit terrace and spacious living room. Our flat is on the first floor, so you can expect a relatively cool environment in heatwaves, but also abundant sunlight during winter times. We also have access to the gym with a one-off admission fee, and a closed communal garden for a quick walk.

You’ll be living with Sylvia (an architect) and me (a market researcher). We both enjoy a quiet, relaxed vibe at home, and like to keep the flat clean and respectful.
