We will be staying for at least 1 year so someone hoping to stay around this long is greatly appreciated!
The property has a modern fully fitted kitchen and is finished to a high specification throughout with laminate wood flooring to the reception, underfloor heating, fully tiled bathrooms with touch sensor light cabinets and top of the range kitchen/utility appliances.
There is a large and attractive decked communal roof terrace and garden with an observation platform overlooking the Olympic stadium and the Westfield Shopping Centre nearby.
Bills + Council Tax (Band E) are an additional £130 pcm
Note: There is remaining construction work going on at the apartment block which limits access via the main entrance and tenants have to use the side entrance. Also, the roof terrace is out of action while works are completed. We have been informed that this should be completed by August.
