5 mins walk to Maryland station - I have timed it!
Stratford - Westfield - 15 mins walk - Tesco express at the end of the road - lots of buses
Let of 6 months max but this may change in the future.

I am a fully remote worker and I have been sharing for over 10 years and so I am very clear as to the person I would like to share with.

I am looking for someone who is mature, professional, independent, clean, respectful, and environmentally aware esp in these times (i. e puts on a jumper before turning on the heating, does a full load of laundry, cooks more than one potato in the oven etc, etc)

I am also very very clean and expect all communal areas to be.

I would like to live with someone who works away from home ideally 3/4 days a week (Mon-Fri) this is essential as I have shared with some that wfh 3 days a week and the dynamic does not work due to the nature of my work.

During the week I am busy working but not adverse to sharing the odd glass of wine and dinner in the evenings :)

1 months deposit is required before moving in and two references.
