I’m looking for a female flatmate to share this lovely flat in Stratford. This is a fully furnished, cosy and homely two-bedroom apartment and I’m hoping to find someone who is looking for a home rather than just a short-term place to stay.

* Large open-plan kitchen/living room
* Sunny balcony – gets the sun all day
* Underfloor heating, so it stays lovely and warm
* Plenty of house plants 🌿
* Secure apartment building (no concierge, but deliveries can be left inside the building)
* Bike room
* Car parking available for £100/month if needed
* Bills are roughly £170
* The second bedroom will have a bed frame & mattress & a chest of draws (not shown in the photos). You will also have a floor to ceiling three door wardrobe (behind the door) There is a space for a desk if you need to work from home too!
Location
It’s around a 10-minute walk to Stratford station, with excellent transport links including the Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground and DLR lines, making it really easy to get around London.

A little about me
I’m an MRI radiographer working in central. I work 5/6 days a week - early & late shifts.
Outside of work I love going for long walks with a coffee, running (although I’m currently trying to get back into it!), listening to music, shopping, painting and reading. I’m also a big fan of a good house plant, as you’ll probably notice!
I’d like a flatmate who I can occasionally watch TV with, go out for dinner or have a catch-up with, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing and having some downtime.
