The flat is modern and open-plan, with a warm and welcoming shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent excludes bills, which are approximately £125 per month. Council Tax is Band D. The room is available from 1st October.
Our building also has a concierge and security, so our parcels and post are kept safe.
You would be sharing the flat with two professional females who treat it as our home. We are clean and considerate, enjoy travelling and spending time with friends, and are looking for a female with a similar lifestyle.
