Easy going lad- just bought my own place after 20 plus years of warehouses, flat shares, 10 person houses and dodgy landlords

Have a 3 bed place with a garden , large lounge, dining room and spacious kitchen. Two spare bedrooms

I'm looking to let out the room for short lets and then use that to do up the garden and keep improving the spare rooms.

Walking distance to Elizabeth line, Stratford (central and jubilee) Mildmay overground as well as the Goblin overground line. (its Newham so if you need easy access to vape shops and chicken shops we got you bro)

One double - for let Double bed, tv, dresser, large built in wardrobes and arm chair.

One smaller room. Tv, desk and day bed installed as a room for a lounge to allow one of us to have our own space to chill/work as needed if the other is hosting or in.

Kitchen is fully stocked dishwasher, washing machine, airfryer etc. Ideal if you ain't bringing a lot of stuff.

Big fan of cooking and just as easy for me to cook for two most evenings as it is to cook for one and often bulk meal prep.

Looking for a flat mate and use some extra rent to do up the house a little. - open to adding to stuff to the room if needed.

Irish living here for 20 plus years. Fairly chill of late, work full time in emergency services stuff. Do nights and early mornings but can sleep through anything .

Fairly open to sharing with another lad and have a housemate again, socialable at home enjoy drinks and having people over for dinner and would want a housemate to feel comfortable inviting people over too.

Bills are 100 a month includes bulk orders shared house stuff eg Laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, cleaning supplies, cooking oils, tea, all included

Price negotiatable depending length of stay etc.
