Looking for flatmate for Stratford Flat

Hi! I’m Ajoa, I’m 23 and I’m looking for someone who’d be interested in renting a beautiful flat in Stratford together!

I currently work in finance and outside of work, I love travelling, trying new restaurants/cafés, cooking, staying active and generally making the most of London. I’m pretty easygoing and sociable, and would ideally love a flatmate who’s not just someone I share a space with but who’d also be open to building a friendship and occasionally doing things together!!

A little about the flatmate vibe I’m looking for: someone clean and respectful who takes pride in their home, is considerate of shared spaces and is happy to communicate openly. I’m also looking for someone who works hybrid/in the office, so we’re not both working from home 24/7 !

About the flat 📍:

The flat is in a lovely location in Stratford, just a few minutes’ walk from Pudding Mill Lane DLR, Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Park. There are also lots of cafés, restaurants and facilities nearby, including gyms and Pilates studios right behind the flat. The building itself also has a gym, which is a huge bonus!
I’m fortunate to live just a few minutes from the flat already, so I know the area really well and would be happy to help with anything local!

One important note: I don’t currently live in this particular flat - I stumbled across it and think it would be a great option, so I’m hoping to find the right person to view it with and potentially rent it together.
