Hi guys! My housemate is sadly moving away, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely home in Stratford starting December 8th.

The house is a:
- 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home (you’ll be living with me)
- Cozy living room + separate dining area
- A kitchen
- Shared bathroom
- Back private garden with a grill, and faces the sun (perfect for summer BBQs, or coffees in the morning)

Your room:
- The larger of the two bedrooms.
- Bright, spacious, with 2 windows.
- Comes with 2 great wardrobes, double sized bed, long mirror, and 2 bedside tables. The vanity and stool in photos are not included.

📍 Location:
- 10-minute walk to Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line Overground + more)
- Close to Westfield, parks, and great local spots

I’m 29, working in fashion media, and I keep a clean, calm, and friendly home. I enjoy a mix of social time and personal space, and would love someone on a similar vibe, not just two strangers living together, if you get me!

FYI - I also have a sweet little toy poodle, hypoallergenic, potty trained, and great temperament.
