Occupancy is ideally from Monday-Friday, a discounted rent totalling £300 is offered. Full week occupancy is also available, in this case, the price for the box room is £385 +1 months deposit.

Given the size, which is comfortable for a single occupancy, no couples are accepted for this room, nor are overnight guests. Given that this is a professional house, as such we do not accept DSS applicants.

It is important to note that there is no reception room. The house is small...but very functional, with new appliances (washing machine, microwave & oven. The bathroom has also recently been refurbished as well). The internet is Virgin Media and very fast, presently 50Mbps, but on request, this can be increased to 350Mbps – that's the UK’s fastest widely available download speed.
