Lovely single room with en-suite in Stratford

Big, bright room for one person only ( no couples) with private bathroom to rent in Stratford. The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The room is in the 4 bedroom house with small garden and big kitchen- dinner with all modern cons and leave-in landlord - with a teenage son .We are looking for a quiet, professional person who has to be tidy and non smoker!
The house is by West Ham Park ( great for running or playing tennis) Stratford station is 12-15min walk away or short 5 min bus ride away, Plaistow station is 7 min walk away.
