Large double room near Stratford

Hi there!

We are two professionals in our late 20s sharing a house on a very quiet street near Stratford.
Our third flatmate is moving out, so we’re currently searching for someone awesome who will take his place in a large double room. The room is fully furnished including bed, mattress, wardrobe and bookshelves.

We have a nice shared living room where we hang out and have a chat over a glass of wine or have our friends over from time to time and a large back yard where we have awesome BBQ parties when the weather is nice.
Cleanliness is very important to us, so if you are friendly and know how to clean after yourself, we might get along just fine :).

12 mins walk to Bromley-by-Bow station, Pudding Mill Lane station, Abbey Road station, Stratford High Street station
15-20 mins walk to Stratford station

Bills:
Bills for council tax, gas, electricity, water and internet approx. 100 pounds per month during winter and around 60 - 70 pounds during summer.

Smoking is forbidden inside the house.
