Spacious single room in a new build apartment

Hey! I'm a software engineer working in Liverpool Street. I also workout regularly and am into music and finance as well.
If you're clean, tidy, easy going, considerate and generally chilled, please read on :)
The flat is a relatively new build so everything is generally shiny and new.
Excellent transport links - 5 minute walk to Stratford high Street dlr and 10 minute walk to Stratford which has jubilee, central, overground and dlr lines and national rail too.
There's a Tesco less than a minute walk away. Lidl, sainsburys, waitrose and m&s are nearby too.
Room is its furnished with bed, cupboard, bedside table. There's also another cupboard in the house exclusively for you to store stuff.
Flat doesn't have a concierge but we are allowed to use the concierge belonging to the block of flats next to us.
There's bicycle storage on ground floor.
