Clean furnished room in E15 (Stratford/West Ham)

Nice clean room in a great location for transport links. Just sharing with two other quiet and busy professionals so no excessive noise or lengthy waits for the bathroom! All bills are included

Clean and bright room, doesn't currently have a bed but can supply either a single or double if needed, has a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We also have in the house super fast 1gb fibre optic broadband, massive bathroom and kitchen with all the mod cons and also a lovely garden with a bbq for the summer months (or weeks)

Just a 10 minute walk (or four minute bus) takes you into Stratford centre and a couple of minutes walk to West Ham station.

To share with two very easy going and clean guys in the other 2 rooms. Both friendly but also respecting of other peoples spaces. I am a videographer ( I create music videos and business promos) and the other guy is chef who spends half of the year in Jamaica.

Not an agency so no registration fees or none of that business. Just a month in advance, plus a £400 holding deposit that you receive back at the end of your stay (provided no damage)
