We have a bright, cosy, fully furnished double room available in our relaxed professional house share in Stratford. The room is available from 1st April, with some flexibility to move in slightly earlier if needed.

Just to clarify, the bills are approximately £100–£140 per person, not for the whole house. This includes Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water, Broadband, and TV Licence, so everything is covered within that range.

You’ll be living with three friendly professionals (aged 32–45). We’re sociable when it feels natural but also really respect personal space. We occasionally have BBQs in the garden, and the neighbour’s cats like to pop by, so bonus points if you’re a cat person 🐱
