Single room w/ double bed in a friendly house

Modern house, with large kitchen/common area, two bathrooms, double glazed windows. Quiet family area with lots of parking. The house feels very homey and has a lovely big kitchen/living room where we all like to hang out and chat. We are asking for the room to be rented for at least 6 months (ideally longer) and you do need to come see the room before you can rent it, Bills are between £70-£90 per month.

The room is avaliable from 20/04/2024 .

About us: There's two girls and one guy living in the house, who are working professionals. We love having drinks together and cooking together but we respect everyone's privacy. It is usually a very quiet house. We have a great backyard to have BBQs in the summer. We are a cat friendly house.

The house is 5 minute walking distance from the nearest bus stop and about 10 to 15 mins walking distance from Stratford station. Several busses going towards Hackney/central London/ Greenwich/ Ilford/West Ham/Stratford (25, 425, 276, 108, D8, N205). Also, very close to the Olympic Park. Absolutely no smoking in the house, but you can smoke in the backyard. You must like cats.

We do share household chores and the house is based on open communication with each other.
