Large wardrobe & chest of drawers
Desk & chair
Loads of natural light to brighten your day
The Essentials:
Rent: £700 per month
Bills: £100–£120 per month (includes gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband, TV licence, and shared cleaning products)
Deposit: £600 (protected via the Tenancy Deposit Scheme)

You’ll be living with three easygoing professionals (1 woman, 2 men, aged 32–45) who enjoy a relaxed balance of social time and personal space. We’re into cooking, the occasional drink, and BBQs in the garden when the weather allows.
We also get regular visits from our neighbour’s friendly cats – so being a cat lover is a must! 🐾
