The bedroom is fully furnished with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and very comfy Divan bed with additional drawer storage. The house has central heating throughout, a large open plan living / dining area, large kitchen and cosy patio garden. Wifi included as are all bills. We are a relaxed, friendly, professional couple who work Monday to Friday. We both enjoy fitness and attend classes most evenings. The room is available 7 days a week but not available until 3/6/2024. We have a cat so important you like cats

The house is situated within walking distance to Stratford Westfield shopping centre where there are numerous bars and restaurants as well as a Casino and Theatre. West Ham Park is situated in the same road as the house. There a local convenience shops situated 30 metres away.

The house is very close to Stratford International Station (7 mins to Kings Cross / St Pancras) and a short walk to Stratford Station which is very well connected to the rest of London - Central Line (12 mins to Bank; 20 mins to Oxford St); Jubilee Line (10 mins to Canary Wharf; 17 mins to London Bridge); 2 branches of the DLR (23 mins direct to City Airport); National Rail services every few minutes to Liverpool St Station (10 mins) and to Stansted Airport
