Nov - April Spacious double near Streatham station

Available on 3-6 month basis. The start and end date is flexible.

I have a good sized double bedroom available in my 2 bedroom flat. 

The flat is a very short walk to Streatham station which has regular trains into Blackfriars (22 min), Farringdon, St Pancras, London Bridge (25 min), Wimbledon etc. It's also a short walk to Streatham Common station which goes into Victoria. Buses go from outside to Tooting Bec (Northern line - 15 mins) and Brixton (Victoria line - 25 mins). The flat is above a very large Tesco. Other shops, restaurants, bars and parks are nearby. There is a leisure centre next door with a swimming pool. The block has 24 hour concierge/security. There is no allocated parking but there is free on-street parking nearby. There is bike storage available. 

The flat has a cosy living room and well-appointed kitchen. The balcony has great views over London. The bathroom (shared) is a good size with a good shower. 

The room available is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe and small desk. It is quiet and very comfortable.

I am a 41 year old professional working regular hours, and work from home several days a week. However I spend a lot of time at my partner's house and I am usually out a few evenings a week. I also travel a fair amount for work. So you will have the place to yourself quite a lot.

I am ideally looking for someone who needs a full time, short term rental. I am looking for someone clean and tidy and respectful, but who will enjoy the flat.
