Short-term let double room with en-suite!

Hey guys! There is a double bedroom available from 18th November - 3rd February in our 6 bedroom Edwardian house in Tooting Bec.

You’ll be living with Marnie, Louisa, Alex, Robbie and Connor (27-32). We like to catch up over dinner or when we see each other, but generally we live our own lives. Marnie has a cat called Reiner who is big and fluffy and very gorgeous.

We have a large living room, with Sky TV (including Sky movies). The kitchen has a dishwasher, big fridge/freezer (and there's also a big chest freezer in the dining room so you’ll never be short of space for food!), loads of cupboard space and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining room (it also doubles as a space for drying laundry and an office for working from home if you need) and a big sliding door looking out onto our garden. The garden is a good size with a covered seating area, complete with fairy lights. We also have multiple bathrooms, so there's never a que!

The bedroom itself is huge with plenty of storage and built in wardrobes. It has a double bed, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a sofa bed. It even has a full en-suite bathroom which has a large bath tub, power shower, and also plenty of storage. It has two skylights and a large window, so plenty of sunshine. It's on the third floor so very quite quiet and looks out onto the common which is lovely!

The rent is exceedingly cheap for the area and size of the rooms, and inclusive of all bills. Contract starts on 4th of the month, but as I need to leave on 18th Nov, you can move in as a “guest”.

Nearest tube station is Tooting Bec (Northern Line, 15-20 minute walk). Tooting Common is on our doorstep. It’s a 20 minute walk to Tooting Broadway, Balham and Streatham, where there are plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. G1 bus stops outside our door and 319 and 249 stop 7 minute walk away.
