My name is Roberto, and I'm looking for a new flatmate for my two-bedroom flat in Streatham.

The flat is just a 5min walk from Streatham Station, where there's Thameslink (20min to Blackfriars and 35min to St Pancras) and SW Rail (20min to London Bridge). There are also plenty of buses, just 3min walk from the flat, 133 direct to Liverpool Street, plenty of buses to Brixton (Victoria line) and Tooting Bec (Northern Line). Gatwick Airport 50 min. Close to Streatham Hill and Streatham Common stations

The building is located on top of a Tesco Extra 24h which makes it super convenient, but there's also an M&S and Aldi 5min walk from the flat.

The flat is 10 years old so it's still very new, the living room and kitchen have been recently repainted. There's also a small balcony facing the inner courtyard which makes the flat very quiet and peaceful.

Your room comes with a double bed and a new TV. There is a wardrobe and a side table. There's extra storage in the hallway as well. The flat is very quite and warm during the winter months, and there are lots of lights. There's one bathroom to share between both of us.

I am a naturally quiet individual who values both personal space and respect for others. I take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home, and I appreciate privacy as an important part of my lifestyle. While I am friendly and approachable, I prefer a peaceful environment and rarely entertain guests. I am seeking someone with similar values, who understands the importance of privacy and mutual respect, and enjoys a harmonious living atmosphere.

The room is £1,050 pcm. with bills included, to be paid on the 1st of each month. There's also a deposit to be paid of £1,050 as well, which will be kept secured until you move out.
