I am looking for a flatmate to rent out my second bedroom.

I’m planning on giving it a good old paint job and a jAz up once my current housemate moves out.

The second bedroom is a double bedroom which is furnished and has built in wardrobes and there is a main bathroom which is newly refurbished with a new walk in shower and you would have this to use as your own. My bedroom has an en-suite with bath if you wanted to use a bath too. This is currently not working so I am sharing the main bathroom but I am planning to redo my en-suite soon and then the main bathroom would be yours. I am happy for you to put up shelving or move the furniture around if you want or bring your own. I can be flexible!

The flat is modern with lots of natural light, the kitchen is newly refurbished with all appliances provided. The living room has a Juliet balcony which brings lots of light in and is completely furnished with a new sofa. There are also 3 large storage cupboards.

The building has its own secured car park and the building is secure with fob entry. It has a lovely large communal back garden with lots of sun. We also have a small gym included.

The flat is a 2-3 minute walk to the Common and to lots of great pubs. There is an Aldi next door to the building with an M&S and large Tesco close by. Streatham station is extremely close and has Thameslink trains to Central London and a close by bus stop with 5 different buses to take you to Brixton tube station for Central London. It is also easy access to Balham, Tooting, Clapham and Wimbledon and to the A3 to go South.

Price
The flat is £850pcm without bills, which are approximately £200 per month – including electricity, water, council tax, and internet (which is Hyperoptic 150mb fibre connection).

I am a Solicitor and work in Central London, although currently working from home and going into the office a few days a week. I am 33 years old and am a clean and tidy person to live with. I like watching movies and binging TV shows, going out to the pub, having a glass of wine in the evening and love cooking! I like to have a good time and go out but also like my down time and to relax.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful but also someone to have a good laugh and get on well with and share the space with.
