Double room (inc. extra room) in Streatham

Our housemate is moving out to go and live with her boyfriend, so we have a lovely, double room
available in our friendly house.

The room will be available around mid-July, although this is flexible.

THE ROOM(S):
The room is particularly great because there is a 'bonus room' right next door, which can be adapted as a work room, walk-in wardrobe etc. There is also a bathroom conveniently placed right next to your two rooms, and only shared with one other housemate.

REST OF THE FLAT:
There is a huge living room including a widescreen TV which we've made use of for chilling together or having friends round. The kitchen is spacious and includes two fridges/freezers, washing machine and microwave. Finally, we have a lovely garden and patio that are particularly useful during the summer months (or in lockdowns!).

HOUSEMATES:
It's a very homely flat, shared with 3 of us. We are all young professionals - Nisha, Pierise and myself - and aged between 25-30. We work in the education, health, and charity sectors and are LGBT+ friendly. We are clean and tidy, friendly people, looking for someone similar who would be up for drinks.

LOCATION:
The flat has brilliant transport links, only 5-10 min walk to either Streatham or Streatham Common station, both with great connections to central London. It's also very close to Tooting, Balham, Clapham and Brixton.

The rent is a bargain - it's £610 (incl. bills) per month, with an initial deposit of £683. We've lived here for about 5 years and as a result we have a great relationship with the landlord.
