Fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge upstairs, shared with 2 delightful, considerate, friendly and easy going Chinese Mandarin speaking professional females. Mandarin/Cantonese speakers especially welcome. Washing machine/dryer access upstairs.

Live out landlady will respect your privacy but would request the right to have a look in the room about once a quarter to ensure there are no damage/cleaning issues building up.

No parties or inconsiderate use of shared spaces please, and no loud music, heavy drinking etc. Bills excluding council tax/broadband are included as per above, but I would request lights and heating, water etc are used responsibly and turned off when not in use, so as not to send them sky high.

The area is safe, fairly quiet and very convenient for getting around London with regular trains to kings cross and London Bridge 5-10 minutes away. M and S, Aldi, Tesco supermarkets 5-10 mins, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops on Streatham High Road. Buses to Brixton, Clapham and Croydon 5-10 mins walk.
