You:
A friendly, tidy, and considerate flatmate who appreciates a calm living environment. Someone who enjoys the occasional chat but respects personal space and privacy, especially at night. Cleanliness and noise consideration are essential. We’re looking for someone who shares communal spaces thoughtfully—using them comfortably while leaving room for others. Ideally, you have a 9-to-5 job and don’t work from home full-time.

Flatmate:
41-year-old architect who enjoys chatting and spending time together, but also respects others’ space and downtime. Loves outdoor sports, but also appreciates the peace and quiet of home. Enjoys having dinners with friends, but is definitely not the party-at-home type. Balances social life with quiet time at home—likes going out, but also really values relaxing in her own space. Very tidy, clean, and respectful about noise. Works from home on Fridays only.

The flat:
• Bedroom- Large double room- fully furnished including double bed and mattress, under bed drawers, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
