Double room - homely home with a cat

We're looking for a professional friendly female who is organised has a bit of a routine, aged between 30 - 45 who is easy going, sociable, clean/tidy, respectful, considerate, loves cats and is looking for longer term tenancy. We are a homely home and would like someone that doesn't act like a stranger around the house.

It's a small to medium double room that is furnished with a bed, drawers, mirrors, and wall mounted shelves and a wardrobe. Our landlord is very easy going and doesn't mind if you want to change furniture or have your own etc.

We are 2 guys and a girl (aged between 34 to 40) who have been living together for a 5 years and have become good friends, all of us working full time. We all live separate lives and respect each other’s space but enjoy getting together after a long working day for a take away or just a general catch up.

We also have a house cat, our little princess Leah who is super friendly, affectionate, and house trained. We would prefer someone who loves cats.

The rent is £700 PCM which includes bills (gas, electric, water and council tax). The internet (paid monthly £15) and TV licence (paid yearly £39.75 which is due in Feb) which are dealt with by us, within the household.
Deposit 1 month rent.

We are located on very quiet residential road, close to 3 train stations (Streatham, Streatham Common and Streatham Hill) all can be reached within 10-15mins walk or 7mins bus ride. Which will take you to Central London in about 20min. The nearest bus stops are 3mins walk with direct buses to Crystal Palace and Clapham Common.

We have a selection of local shops, nice pubs, and plenty of takeaways nearby within walking distance along with all the major supermarkets and leisure centre around 15 minutes’ walk away. The Streatham Common Park is just minutes away.
