Dog friendly people needed for fun house

Bills aren't included, and come to about 200 per month, again split 3-4 ways depending on how many move in. Couples are welcome in 1 room, but with +£300

I have a dog, she's super friendly, and has a lot of energy. She's not spayed, as I want to her to have a litter when she's 6 or so, keep one and give the rest away, so more dogs/animals welcome, but couldn't have a male dog who hasn't been snipped. she's fine with cats she grew up with one in Ireland, but tries to play with them like they're dogs.

Pros of house= Huge space for parties and get togethers, esspecally in the garden during summer. All tiled so very easy to clean.
House was refubrished 1 year ago.

Very close to park, shops, pubs, cafes, big cinema

Puplic Trasport is actually a lot better than it looks once you get used to it.
Neighbers are quiet, but don't mind if we have people over Friday/Sat

Cons= We have a Cloths Washer and dryer, but no dish washer
Top up gas meter
Bathroom can get condensation, so windows need to be left open a lot.

Maybe Pros and Cons=

I'm a big gamer, both video, sports, and boardgames. I workout in some form 10 times a week. I'm a very socal person, and booze often but not allways goes hand in hand with that. And I want to live in a social house, so having your mates over on a regual basis is a good thing in my eyes.
