Large light double room

The room is a really good size with big windows and tall ceilings and a view over the garden which gets sun nearly all day. It's also incredibly quiet given the location.

The flat is really well situated between Streatham station and Streatham Common station; there are supermarkets and, at the end of the road, 5 minutes away, multiple buses that take you into central London. There's also a frequent nightbus.

Streatham itself has lots of great restaurants and cafes and both Streatham Common and Tooting Common are less than a 10 minute walk. Tooting also has the lido.

I'm a professional in my 30s who's looking for a friendly and clean lodger who's not looking to party every weekend and has their own life but is up for a glass of wine and maybe a bbq every now and again. LBGT+ friendly.
