Fibre optic broadband with the addition of Ethernet sockets in each room, which has the advantage of better speed, security and reliability.
The garden has a Weber gas barbecue which is great in the summer months, as well as a table and chairs and a corner sofa set.
The house is occupied by myself (live-in landlord, semi-retired) a family friend (Italian, female) and a lodger (Japanese, female). We are like a close, caring family, at the same time respect each other's privacy and space.
G1 bus (two minutes walk away in Clairview Road) takes just over five minutes to Tooting Broadway station (Northern line) and goes directly to St George's Hospital (approx. 10 minute journey). Tooting Broadway has fast transport links to the city: Bank in 23 minutes; also numerous shops, including a large Sainsbury's, bars and restaurants + Tooting Market. The G1 bus also goes in the opposite direction and stops outside Streatham station (approx. 5 minute journey), next to a huge Tesco Extra, M&S Foodhall and Aldi, as well as Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre, and nearby Sainsbury's supermarket.
Tooting Bec station is about 20 minutes walking distance.; Tooting Broadway station 24 minutes walking distance.
Parking in the road outside and surrounding roads is without restrictions, ie. parking is free at all times, and there are several electric car charging points in our street.
All bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet) included; would suit working professional;
